These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of naymo.me and related services (the "Service"), operated by PWR Brands LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by PWR Brands LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States ("naymo", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@naymo.me.
2. The Service
Naymo is a software tool that helps you tailor your résumé and write cover letters for specific jobs. It reframes your real experience in a job's language and surfaces relevant keywords for applicant tracking systems (ATS). It is a productivity tool, not a recruiter, employer, or career, legal, or financial advisor.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity that occurs under your access, including keeping any login or subscription credentials secure.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership of the résumé text, job descriptions, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to generate output). You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful material.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; submit another person's information without authorization; misrepresent your qualifications or fabricate credentials; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell the Service without our written permission.
6. AI output & no guarantee
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. While it is designed to reframe your genuine experience and not to invent skills, AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before submitting it to any employer. ATS match scores are estimates based on keyword overlap and may not reflect any specific employer's system. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome.
7. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Premium is offered as a subscription billed at $19 per month (or the price shown at checkout) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial periods. Prices and features may change on a prospective basis with notice.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by PWR Brands LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), our AI model provider, and Netlify (hosting). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWR Brands LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWR Brands LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
