How do I get help?
Email support@naymo.me with your question and, if relevant, the email address on your account. We reply within one business day (usually much sooner).
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open your Dashboard and click 'Manage billing' to reach the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancel anytime — you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
How long does tailoring take?
About 30 seconds. You paste or upload your résumé, paste the job description, and get a tailored résumé, a matching cover letter, and your before/after ATS score.
Why isn't my ATS score 100%?
Because we keep it truthful. naymo mirrors the job's wording for every skill you genuinely have, but it never invents skills you don't. Any keyword left unmatched is a real gap — add it only if it's true. See Tips & Tricks for how to close honest gaps.
Is my résumé data private?
Yes. Your résumé and the job description are processed only to generate your result and are not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What can I upload, and what do I get back?
Paste plain text or upload a PDF résumé. You get back a clean, single-column, real-text PDF that applicant tracking systems can read — plus a tailored cover letter.
