Tailor your first résumé in under a minute

naymo rewrites your real experience to match a specific job — ATS-optimized and 100% truthful. Here's the whole flow, start to finish.

1. 1 Add your résumé Paste your résumé as text, or upload a PDF and we'll pull the text out for you. Your current résumé is the source of truth — naymo only works with what's really there.
2. 2 Paste the job description Copy the full posting, including the requirements and responsibilities. The more complete the description, the more accurately naymo can match the language a real applicant tracking system (ATS) scans for.
3. 3 Tailor (about 30 seconds) naymo extracts the job's key skills, rewrites your real experience in the job's exact wording, and drafts a matching cover letter that references the role specifically.
4. 4 Read your ATS score You'll see your match before and after tailoring, plus a 'potential' ceiling. The keywords are split into Matched (already covered), Reword (you have related experience — surface it), and Add (no trace yet — include only if it's genuinely true).
5. 5 Apply the suggestions truthfully Work through the Reword items first — these are skills you already have, just phrased differently. Only add an 'Add' keyword if it's honestly yours. naymo will never invent skills for you, and neither should you.
6. 6 Download an ATS-friendly PDF One click gives you a clean, single-column, real-text PDF for the résumé and the cover letter — the format scanners parse most reliably, with no columns or graphics to trip them up.
7. 7 Save and reuse (Premium) With Premium, your Dashboard keeps a history of every tailored version so you can re-download anytime, and you can manage your subscription from the secure billing portal.
