This Privacy Policy explains how PWR Brands LLC ("naymo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use naymo.me and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you provide. The résumé text and job descriptions you submit to be tailored; any message you send us (e.g., support emails) and the email address you use to send it. Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive limited billing details (such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card) but we never receive or store your full card number. Automatically collected data. Standard server logs and device/usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) and cookies as described below.
3. How we use information
We use information to: (a) provide the Service, including generating your tailored résumé and cover letter; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) respond to support requests; (d) maintain, secure, and improve the Service; and (e) comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI processing of your content
To tailor your application, the résumé text and job description you provide are sent to our third-party AI model provider to generate your output. This processing is transient: your content is used to produce your result and is not used to train AI models. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data you do not want processed for this purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing all generated output before using it.
5. How we share information (subprocessors)
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Stripe (payments and subscription billing), our AI model provider (to generate your tailored documents), Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), Resend (transactional and onboarding email), and Umami (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics). We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and optimize our advertising, which can involve sharing limited online-activity identifiers with Meta — something some laws treat as a "sale" or "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time (see Cookies & tracking and Your privacy choices). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data retention
Résumé and job-description text is processed to generate your output and is not retained as a stored profile in the current version of the Service. Billing and account records are retained by us and by Stripe for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
8. Your rights & privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK/Swiss residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR and are asked to consent before the advertising Pixel loads. California and other US-state residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear where appropriate.
